Will my watch be water resistant after service?
We see that every watch case we open meets factory specifications for water resistance before it is returned to you. Whether we are performing a complete service or just a regulation, your watch will be tested in state of the art equipment to make sure it will not fail. In addition, all gaskets and seals are always replaced when opening the case to ensure proper water reisistance.

Why Service Your Watch?

Is Your Watchmaker Certified?
The American Watchmakers-Clockmakers Institute (AWCI) along with the worlds leading watch manufacturers created a new series of certifications to establish the very highest level of skill needed to properly service high grade mechanical watches. This benchmark is called the CW21 Certification. Currently there are approximately 130 CW21 watchmakers in the United States.
