D's Time Service has CW21 watchmakers on staff. The American Watchmakers-Clockmakers Institute (AWCI) along with the worlds leading watch manufacturers created a new series of certifications to establish the very highest level of skill needed to properly service high grade mechanical watches. This benchmark is called the CW21 Certification. In addition, our CW21 watchmakers have been trained and certified by Rolex, Breitling, Omega, and Tag Heuer.

Our head watchmaker also has been trained at the prestigious Wostep Institution in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. We routinely complete trainings and certifications to keep up with the latest techniques in the horological field.
